Today I feel like cooking… (rare, but it happens…) Looking for inspiration I remembered Elias Mamalakis‘ website. So today I am making fried tomato-balls, cauliflower with red sauce and potatoes with rosemary. Simple and quick (I hope). Unfortunately most of the recipes are not translated in English yet, but you still can find many great ones there, mainly from the Greek cuisine…
